Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Scope
This cancellation policy applies to all paid services, including course enrollments, subscription plans, and other academic services availed through AGRIM LMS.
2. Cancellation Process
- Initiation: Users may initiate a cancellation request via their AGRIM LMS account or by contacting the support team through the official helpdesk email or application in person.
- Deadline: Cancellation requests must be submitted within the stipulated timeframe (e.g., 7 days from the payment date or before the course start date, whichever is earlier).
- Required Details: Users must provide details such as payment receipt, transaction ID, and reason for cancellation to process the request.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Courses:
- Before Course Start: Full refund minus administrative charges which is 10% of course fees.
- After Course Start: 25% refund depending on the course progress and access status.
- No Refund: If 50% or more of the course content has been accessed or if assessments have been attempted.

- Subscription Plans:
- Monthly plans can be canceled anytime, but refunds are not applicable for partially used periods.
- Annual plans may qualify for a prorated refund if canceled within the first month of activation.

- Other Services:
- Refunds for other academic services will depend on specific terms outlined during purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe.
- Services availed using promotional discounts or coupons.
- Violations of the terms of use, such as sharing account credentials or misuse of LMS resources.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7-30 working days from the approval of the cancellation request.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as a wallet credit in AGRIM LMS, based on the user’s preference.
6. Appeals and Exceptions
- Users may appeal denied refunds by contacting the support team with additional information within 7 days of intimation of denial..
- Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the administration in cases of technical issues or extenuating circumstances.
7. Amendments
Adani University reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to users via AGRIM LMS announcements or email notifications.
8. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the Ahmedabad Jurisdiction only.
