What is an Agrim?
Agrim is a LMS platform that allows you to create, deliver, and manage educational courses, training programs, or learning materials.
Who can use this Agrim Platform?
Our Agrim LMS is open to working professional, corporate learners, teachers and students.
How do I sign up?
You can sign up by clicking on the "Sign Up" button on the homepage and following the instructions to create an account.
Do I need any special software to use the LMS?
No special software is required. You can access the LMS through any modern web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
Is there a mobile app for the LMS?
No, it would be provided later. However, you can access it using mobile browser.
How do I reset my password?
Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Can I change my email address?
Yes, you can change your alternate email address by writing an email to “support.agrim@adaniuni.ac.in” .
What do I do if my account is locked?
Please contact the AGRIM LMS support team at support.agrim@adaniuni.ac.in to unlock your account.
How do I enroll in a course?
After logging in, go to the "Courses" section, select a course, register yourself into specific course, do payment if it is paid course and click "Enroll.", you will receive an email notification with further instructions.
Where can I find my enrolled courses?
Your enrolled courses can be found in the "My Courses" tab in your dashboard.
Can I access courses after they are completed?
Yes, most courses remain accessible after completion unless otherwise specified by the instructor.
What should I do if I can’t find a course I’m looking for?
Use the search bar to locate the course or check the "Categories" section for course listings. Through you are not able to search your desired course, you can visit contact us page and connect to support.
What should I do if a course video is not playing?
First, check your internet connection and ensure your browser is up to date. If the issue persists, contact our technical support team, details are mentioned on contact us page.
How can I report an issue with the LMS?
You can report issues via the "Help" button on the site or email us at support.agrim@adaniuni.ac.in. Visit contact us page more contact information.
Is there a way to download course materials?
Course materials can be downloaded if the instructor has enabled this option. Look for the "Download" button next to the resource.
How do I submit assignments?
1st read assignment instruction carefully to understand way of submitting your assignment. In general, you can submit assignments by going to the respective course, opening the assignment, and uploading your file in the submission area.
Can I resubmit an assignment?
This depends on the instructor's course assessment strategies. Please check the course details carefully.
Where can I view my grades?
You can view your grades by going to the "Grades" section of your course dashboard based on instructor assessment & grading plan.
How do I create a new course?
Instructors have AGRIM user credentials as teacher, instructor can create courses by navigating to the "Create Course" option in the dashboard and following the course creation steps.
How can I get the credentials?
Adani University learning department authorize Instructors to publish course on AGRIM platform. If you want to be a part of AGRIM learning by collaboration, please write an email to support.agrim@adaniuni.ac.in.
Can I import content from another LMS?
Yes, you can import content from another LMS using the import tool available in the course creation section.
How can I communicate with my students?
Instructors can communicate with students via the internal messaging system, announcements, or discussion boards.
How do I delete my LMS account?
To delete your account, please send a request to support.agrim@adaniuni.ac.in.
